Let’s get real about the power behind these heaters.
We build these wall-mounted electric heaters to do one thing: get the heat where you need it, right when you need it. They’re designed to run on either 220-240V or 400V, with power that ranges from 1500W all the way up to 2500W. And that wattage? It’s what gives you the punch. The higher the wattage, the more intense the heat. It means you can blast away a cold spot in no time, or keep a machine enclosure humming at the perfect temperature. One thing you can’t compromise on: matching the voltage to what your plant is already supplying. If you try to run a 400V unit on a lower line, you’ll lose output and end up wasting current.
Inside the design: what makes them tick.
At the heart of it all is a quartz tube, filled with halogen. This combo is what gives you that lightning-fast response and even heat spread. And the quartz? It’s tough. It handles the thermal shock, so you can power cycle the unit without worrying about cracking the element. Wiring is kept simple, too. We use an R7s or SK15 connector—the kind of standard parts you already have lying around the shop floor. That means you can wire it up or swap it out without a hunt for some custom, hard-to-find part. And that special coating on the tube does more than just look good. It helps control the infrared output and cuts down on the glare.
Where they shine, and what to keep in mind.
These heaters are made to live on the wall, taking advantage of tight spaces where floor space is precious. You get serious heat without getting in the way. They’re perfect for heating up an enclosure, keeping a process line warm, or hitting a specific spot that needs it. But here’s the thing to remember: with that kind of high wattage, you have to make sure your cooling and wiring are sized correctly. If you’re working in a hot environment, you’ll need proper airflow or a larger heat sink to handle it. We also built them to be a straight swap for older, legacy units. That way, when you need to replace one, you can get it done fast. No long downtimes.
