Let’s be honest: bathrooms are a nightmare for electrical gear. You’ve got steam everywhere, random water splashes, and surfaces that love to conduct electricity. It’s a recipe for disaster. To make sure a heater is actually safe, you can’t just throw one rubber seal on it and call it a day. You have to build layers of protection. Stopping the leaks Steam is sneaky. We keep the leakage current under 0.75mA because, well, safety first. The tricky part Here’s the thing: you can’t just seal everything in a plastic box. If you make the unit too airtight to keep water out, you trap all that heat inside with the electronics. It’s like putting a oven in a cooler. Without the right vents or heat sinks for the driver, the parts inside just cook themselves. It’s a constant balancing act.
